For now, the service in its initial stages can be accessed by a limited number of teaching staff, students, and centres, but should be widely available soon. We’re glad to see the effort.

The open university has reportedly also been keeping up with technology on other fronts, using TCS powered Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to automate much of the routine work of the university officials – leaving them more time for the important stuff. It also recently teamed up with Nokia to provide distance learning courses via mobile.
