This report supports a previous Bloomberg report that revealed that Humane was seeking between $750 million and $1 billion. Talks about the sale started happening as soon as the criticism started pouring in.
Well since it was one of a kind, the Humane AI Pin suffered a lot of backlash and failed in a lot of spaces. The performance was kind of poor and there were immense heating issues. According to the company, those giving negative reviews lacked optimism and it even issued warnings to customers about the charging case posing a fire safety risk.
