Google Nexus 10 2013 edition leaked, to be made by LG
Leaked images of the Google Nexus 10 are making the rounds on the Internet. The information suggests that the device will be made by LG and will launch before the end of the month
Google’s Nexus 10 tablet is in need of an update. Rumours on the Internet suggest that the device will be made by LG, and will be unveiled before the end of the month.
The device will be priced at $482 (Rs. 30,300 approx.). The leak of the LG made Nexus 10 comes from Spanish broadband and telecom provider Telefonica.
The new Nexus 10 has a model number LG-V510 and there is no information about the specifications powering the device.
To take on the competition, which includes the iPad Air and the Sony Xperia Tablet Z, the 2013 Google Nexus 10 will have to pack in some impressive hardware. A great thing about the first generation Nexus 10 was that the 10.1-inch display packed in a resolution of 2560×1600 pixels taking on the iPad’s Retina display.
In the past, rumours have cropped up over the Internet stating that Asus would be making the Nexus 10 tablet. Asus made the first generation Nexus 7 tablet for Google as well as the second-generation Nexus 7.
It seems like Google is impressed with the outcome of the Nexus 4 and Nexus 5 and wants the same reaction for the upcoming Nexus 10. The second gen Nexus 7 too is a great device for the package on offer. It’s a mystery why Google wouldn’t go with a tried and tested tablet maker like Asus or Samsung for the tablet and go with LG, a brand better known in the smartphone universe than the tablet.
