For this, Google first rebranded its AI assistant Bard into Gemini. And ever since then, Gemini AI has seen a lot of new changes to its interface. Google has introduced a few more features alongside the latest Pixel 9 series drop.
This time, during the Pixel drop, the focus was more on Gemini AI, and its integration with the Pixel 9 series. Now, it has introduced a new feature that makes Gemini AI even more accessible to those who don’t own a Pixel smartphone. I am talking about the Chat with Gemini shortcut. How to use Gemini AI directly in Google search?
Now you don’t need a separate app or anything to access Gemini AI. Simply go to your search bar and type “@”. Post that, choose the “chat with Gemini” option from the drop-down menu. Simply type in your query normally. It will give you a response quickly. It is honestly very convenient.
In addition to the Chrome integration, Google has introduced “Gemini Live” on the Google Pixel 9 series. With this new feature, users can have free-flowing, real-time interactions with Gemini. Plus, you can use it even when your phone is locked. This makes it more convenient.
The Chat with Gemini feature is being rolled out now. So if you are unable to use it now, just wait for a couple of days, and you will be able to access it.
