As an AI Tutor, you’ll be contributing to this mission by providing high-quality, accurately labeled data that helps in training and improving AI models. The main task of an AI Tutor is to use xAI’s software to input and label data for designated projects in Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese, German, Russian, Italian, French, Arabic, Indonesian, Turkish, Hindi, Persian, Spanish, or Portuguese.
Besides data labeling, you’ll also get the opportunity to work on various writing projects, helping to refine generative AI models. The role involves collaborating closely with xAI’s technical team to produce datasets intended for model training and benchmarking. Moreover, you’ll need to ensure that the data you curate is of top quality.

To be a good fit for this role, you need to have full proficiency in English and Hindi, both in spoken and written form. Strong research skills, the ability to navigate different databases, and effective communication are essential. The job pays between $35 and $65 per hour (approx. Rs 2,900 to Rs 5,400 per hour). If hired for a full-time role, you will also receive benefits such as medical, vision, dental, and life insurance. The work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00AM to 5:00PM.
