A Reddit user, TipOFMYTONGUEDAMN has reported that CrowdStrike users are facing a BSOD error.
The reason behind the outage is a technical error in their main product, Falcon.
CrowdStrike is down! A major cybersecurity platform, CrowdStrike that also provides advanced cybersecurity solutions to Windows PCs is facing an outage. Many users across India, Japan, Canada, Australia and many other countries have been affected by the issue. The users across these countries have taken to social media platforms like X and Reddit to report a BSOD error or Blue Screen of Death on the platform.
The outage has happened worldwide as other users joined the thread from all over the world. In addition to that, a user named BradW-CS has posted, “We have widespread reports of BSODs on windows hosts, occurring on multiple sensor versions. Investigating cause. TA will be published shortly.”

A Reddit user, TipOFMYTONGUEDAMN has reported that CrowdStrike servers are down and facing a BSOD error. What is that? BSOD error refers to the blue screen of death error. It is also known as a stop error and is a critical one.
How did the error occur?
As I mentioned, the outage is happening all over the globe. The post has been joined by users from Australia, India, the Czech Republic, and more. The reason behind the outage is a technical error in their main product, Falcon. It is a major protection system to secure Windows systems. That is why all over the globe, users are facing it.
When will it be fixed?
CrowdStrike has acknowledged the error and said “Our Engineers are actively working to resolve this issue and there is no need to open a support ticket.” Furthermore, they also mentioned that they will inform when the issue is resolved.
The CrowdStrike Falcon provides cybersecurity solutions such as endpoint protection, detection and response, threat intelligence, incident response, Windows security features, and security updates and patches as well.
