Check out the latest selfie of NASA's robotic vehicle at the Mojave site on the Red Planet.
NASA's Curiosity rover loves taking selfies. Last year, it celebrated its first year on Mars with a selfie – that went massively viral on the Internet. Well, Curiosity is back with another stunning selfie. This time the rover poses with the surrounding Martian landscape.
"Compared with the earlier Curiosity selfies, we added extra frames for this one so we could see the rover in the context of the full Pahrump Hills campaign," says rover team member Kathryn Stack at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Pasadena, California. "From the Mojave site, we could include every stop we've made during the campaign," adds Stack.
Curiosity says in a tweet: “Selfie stick not required. How I take self-portraits + why my arm isn't in the shot”.

Curiosity's selfie is at the Mojave site where the river has drilled. The area is known as Pahrump Hills.
