This won’t win you over if looks are a major consideration, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t have style. It has a quite classy metallic finish, and is available in a blue, silver or black plastic body. It is small enough for to fit in your pocket or purse, however still manages a 3.3x zoom and a 10 megapixel resolution. On the back side we have a large 2.5” screen, and simple controls that are easy to reach and operate.
The camera also features face detection, red-eye detection and correction, and motion detection; it also uses DIGIC III technology for processing images. You can also use it to capture video at a resolution of 640 x 480 at 20fps or 320 x 240 at 30fps.
One minor yet important thing is that it uses standard AA sized cells, which are quite cheaply available anywhere in India. It seems in this camera that they have focused on providing the basic features that one looks for in any digital camera, and tried to excel there, instead of over styling it, or putting more features than necessary.
