The wireless headphones now sport a dedicated button for launching Google assistant and feature three levels of noise cancellation that allows users to either cancel outside noises fully or partially.
Bose has officially announced the Bose QuietComfort 35 II with integrated Google Assistant. The headphones are currently available for purchase only in the US, from the official Bose website. They are priced at $349 (Rs 22,800 approx directly converted). There is no word yet on when the QC 35 II will be available in India.
The Bose QC 35 II is quite similar to its predecessor, the QC 35, but it comes with two new features. First is the above-mentioned integration for Google Assistant, which allows users to receive texts, play music, and more without the need to unlock their smartphone. The QC 35 II features a dedicated action button, which users can press and hold down to launch the Google Assistant on Android phones, running Marshmallow or above, and on iOS as well. If a user’s smartphone does not support the Google Assistant, they can still use the button to use the noise cancellation feature.
Another new feature in the Bose QC 35 II is a new three-level button that lets users can use to toggle the level of noise cancellation they require. The button rests on the headphone’s left earcup and lets users choose between three modes of noise cancellation: high, low or completely off. The noise cancellation feature can also be toggled using the Bose Connect App.
The Bose QC 35 II headphones has Acoustic Noise Cancelling technology that measures, compares and reacts to the outside sounds and accordingly adjusts the levels of its noise cancellation. The wireless headphones are built with glass-filled nylon and impact resistant materials for better durability. They come in two color options of black and silver.
