Every other day I am here with some or other news about artificial intelligence (AI), and they are all equally exciting. I feel that we have just entered the AI revolution and there’s a long long way to go. Today, I am here to talk to you about a new AI. I am talking about the Bland AI which is said to be the fastest conversational AI tool. Plus from the looks of it, it sounds just like humans.

Now unlike our usual AI models, Bland AI is a conversational AI tool. It is a step towards building an AI phone calling network for various industries. Here you can set up an easy-to-integrate voice calling API in your system. You can provide the AI with a task and give it a number to call. It can be used for all those sales calls, customer support, etc. For reference, this can replace call centres in the future.

Well, there’s still a lot more to be learned about Bland AI and models similar to it. But if this works out and becomes popular then it could be the future of the call centre or BPO culture. From customer support to bookings, it could be used everywhere. However, it might also replace numerous human jobs in this space. What are your thoughts about this?
