BenQ has introduced a new portable DLP Projector, the GV31 in India. Like other BenQ GV series portable projectors, this one also supports up to 135° free-rotation angle which allows users to customize their viewing experience and enjoy content in a laid-back and immersive manner. Compared to the GV30, the new GV31 has a sharper display resolution (720p vs 1080p). You can directly run streaming apps like Netflix and Prime Video on the projector and also use it as a portable Bluetooth speaker.

BenQ GV31 Features
BenQ GV31 portable LED projector offers a screen projection of up to 120 inches in Full HD (1080P) Resolution. The 8-bit DLP projector promises 300 lumens of brightness and 98% Rec 709 coverage. The light source life is rated for 20,000 hours in normal operation mode and 30000 hours in the eco mode.
The projector also comes with a 16W 2.1Ch speaker system with (2x 4W + 8W woofer) and can also be used as a Bluetooth speaker. The battery is rated to last for up to 3 hours for video playback and up to 6 hours for music.

It runs Android 11 OS and you can run streaming apps directly on the projector. The remote control even has hotkeys for Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube and Disney+Hotstar. There is also support for AirPlay and Chromecast Built-in for easy screen mirroring from smartphones.
Connectivity options include two HDMI ports, a 3.5mm audio jack, a USB Type-A port, and an all-in-one USB Type-C port that supports data transfer, power delivery for charging, and DisplayPort Alternate Mode.
