Apple’s Let Loose event is just a few hours away and the anticipation is building way too much. It will be a 35-minute-long event, which will start at 7:30 PM in India. Well, we have to wait till evening to figure out what Apple has planned but until then read along to find out what everyone is expecting from the event.
As you must be aware by now, Apple could roll out new iPads during the event. Even the invite gave us a hint of that with an Apple Pencil graphic. Let’s take a look at what Apple’s ‘Let Loose’ event might unfold.
The major change that we might get to see is the introduction of OLED screens for the iPad Pro. According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, we might get to see superior visuals, boasting improved brightness, contrast, and colour accuracy owing to these new OLED panels.
Apart from that, Apple’s Let Loose event might finally introduce a refreshed iPad Air lineup. We might get to see a larger 12.9-inch model for the first time.

According to rumours, the upcoming iPad Pro models will be thinner and we might get to see a thinner profile, with potential size reductions of 20% for the 12.9-inch variant and 15% for the 11-inch model. In addition to this, Apple might also unveil its next-generation M4 chip for iPad Pros, promising enhanced performance.
Further, it is also speculated that the selfie shooter will be moved to the landscape bezel, for an improved video conferencing experience.

During Apple’s Let Loose event, Apple might finally unveil the third-generation Apple Pencil, rumoured to have swappable tips, Find My integration, and new control options like a “squeeze” gesture. We might also get to see a redesigned Magic Keyboard for the new iPad Pro models. It can have an aluminum base, a larger trackpad, and potential function keys.
With all of this, it is also expected that the new iPads will see a price hike. Base prices can increase by at least $100.
