The Apple Mac Mini price in India will start at ₹59,900.

Apple recently revealed that the new MacBook Pro models will be equipped with the new M2 Pro and M2 Max chips. Now, Apple has also announced that the new Mac mini will come with M2 and M2 Pro chips that offer faster next-generation CPU and GPU, a more powerful media engine, and higher memory bandwidth. There will not be any design changes in the Mac mini.

Apple Mac Mini with M2 chipset

The upcoming Mac Mini comes with an M2 chip that has an 8-core CPU with four high-performance and four high-efficiency cores, along with a 10-core GPU. The laptop also has ProRes acceleration features now. The Mac Mini M2 model will be able to play up to two streams of 8K ProRes 422 video at 30 fps. It will also be able to play up to 12 streams of 4K ProRes 422 video at 30 fps.

Mac Mini with M2 Pro chipset

The higher-end version of the Apple Mac Mini will come with an M2 Pro chipset. This comes with up to a 12-core CPU with eight high-performance cores and four high-efficiency cores. It also has up to a 19-core GPU. The laptop can offer 200GB/s of memory bandwidth and up to 32GB of memory. It has a next-generation Neural Engine that is 40% faster than laptops with an M1 chipset. 

With this chipset, the laptop can play up to five streams of 8K ProRes 422 video at 30 fps. It can also play streams of 4K ProRes 422 video at 30 fps. According to Apple, this model is up to 14x faster than the fastest Intel-based Mac mini.

The prices of the Apple Mac Mini in India start at ₹59,900.
