Apple is gearing up for the release of its highly-awaited iPhone 16 series. While the tech giant hasn’t officially announced anything about the launch event, the rumour mill is running at full speed. Now, a new report has revealed that Apple may hold its biggest product launch event of the year on September 10th. At this event, the company is expected to unveil the latest iPhones, along with new Apple Watch models and AirPods.
According to people familiar with the situation, Apple is preparing for a September 10 event, which falls on a Tuesday, as reported by Bloomberg. This aligns with the company’s typical schedule, where the new iPhones are revealed in early September, followed by their availability in stores a couple of weeks later. The new iPhones could go on sale as soon as September 20th.

The launch comes at a critical time for Apple, which has seen slower sales of its smartphones and wearables in recent quarters. The introduction of the iPhone 16 is crucial, as it will help boost the company’s revenue during the holiday season. Analysts predict that the company’s revenue could climb by 7% in the last quarter of the year, reaching $128.4 billion.
As for the iPhone 16 series, it’s expected to feature larger screens on the Pro models and introduce new camera features, including a dedicated button for taking photos. Additionally, Apple is expected to roll out a suite of AI tools called Apple Intelligence.

In addition to the new iPhones, Apple is expected to unveil the Apple Watch Series 10 with thinner designs and larger screens. Apple is also planning to transition its Macs to the new M4 processors later this year, with Mac updates expected to arrive about a month after the iPhone launch event.
