New iPad Pro models will be powered by a new chipset.

The new iPad Pro models are expected to be just as powerful as the M1 Macs.

Apple has done an incredible job with its new M1-powered Macs, and they are off to be a flourishing start. In fact, the M1-powered machines are so good that people can't wait to see what Apple can pull off with the next version. While we are waiting for that to happen, it looks like Apple's new iPad Pro units are expected to deliver some stunning performance.

The new iPad Pro models are tipped to come out this month and a new report has now shed some light on the kind of performance we can expect out of these tablets. The upcoming iPad Pro models coming out this year are expected to be powered by a new chipset. It could be the A14 chipset. It is the same chipset that's at the heart of the new iPhone 12 series.

The new chipset is expected to deliver a significant performance improvement over the A12Z Bionic chipset that's currently running the show on the current iPad Pro models.

The current iPad Pro models, for those of you who don't know, is already a stellar device with some impressive performance figures, so we can imagine what the new ones powered by the A14. As for the performance, we hear that the new iPad Pro models are going to be just as powerful as the M1-powered Apple Mac devices.

Besides the performance improvements, the new iPad Pro units are also said to come with support for 5G connectivity with sub-6Ghz and mmWave networks. They are also expected to have better camera performance.

In terms of the design, the new tablets will probably look similar to the current models. However, it is being speculated that the new models may be a bit thicker if Apple ends up offering a mini-LED display with improved brightness and better contrast ratios. The iPad Pro models already have beautiful displays, and it'll be interesting to see if Apple can one-up them.

If the rumours are something to go by, then it looks like Apple iPad Pro 2021 models will go official this month. That being said, there is no official confirmation from Apple regarding the same. We might end up learning more about these devices before they are officially announced.
