Apple iOS 18.4 update is all set to roll out next month and is said to bring some massive changes and features. The update is currently under beta and is expected to make its public rollout in April. With the update, Apple is said to add new features including Visual Intelligence for iPhone 15 Pro, Priority Notifications, new emojis, Apple News+ Food, and more. Here’s everything that we know about the iOS 18.4 features, release, and more.
Apple has previously stated that it will add support for Apple Intelligence in local languages such as French, German, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish, Japanese, Korean, and Indian English. This means Indian iPhone users will be able to interact with AI features using their native English accent.
The update will also bring Visual Intelligence to the iPhone 15 Pro series. The feature will help the users in analysing the images to identify objects, landmarks or text. It will also offer improved recognition for regional languages, street signs, and local landmarks.
The brand may also introduce a New Control Center for better user experience. The users will also get a redesigned toggle for Brightness and Sound. The company is also said to introduce the Ambient Music feature, offering soundscapes for Sleep, Chill, Productivity, and Wellbeing.

The iOS 18.4 update is also expected to introduce seven new emoji including the tired face with bags under eyes, a fingerprint, a leafless tree, a root vegetable, a harp, a shovel, and a splatter.
The update will also bring the Priority Notifications. The feature will show the most important alerts directly on the lock screen. This feature ensures users never miss critical updates by automatically sorting essential notifications into a dedicated section, while still allowing access to all notifications by swiping up.
The new update will also bring a News+ Food feature to the Apple News application. It will offer a collection of curated recipes from top publishers.
