Alcatel has launched a brand new tablet in India. Called the Alcatel A3 10, the device is priced at Rs. 9,999 and will be available exclusively via Flipkart. The device has a 10.1-inch HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. It is powered by a 1.1GHz quad-core processor processor with 2GB of RAM. The device offers 16GB of internal storage and runs Android Nougat. At the back is a 5MP camera, while at the front is a 2MP camera. The Alcatel A3 10 is equipped with a 4600mAh, and the company claims that it is enough for seven hours of use.
Praveen Valecha, Regional Director, Alcatel India stated, “The new A310 was designed to provide our users with a complete immersive experience. The tablet comes with an array of features, that are unprecedented at this price and shall change the shape of this segment entirely.”
Alcatel unveiled three new devices at the MWC event that was held earlier this year. One of the devices, the A5 LED, that features a rear panel covered in LEDs. This panel, called Lightup+, lights up when there is a notifications or when the user is playing games or listening to music. There is also a feature called Color Catcher 2.0, which can take up to five colours from any image or object as use that as a theme that would flash on the rear panel.
