Acer has launched a new voice-calling Android tablet under its Iconia series. Called the Acer Iconia A1-713, the tablet runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean (upgradable to Android 4.4) and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor along with 1GB of RAM. The tablet is priced at Rs. 12,999.

The Acer Iconia A1-713 has a 7-inch (1024×600 pixels) display. It has 2MP rear camera and 0.3 MP front facing camera. The tablet comes with 16GB built-in storage and supports microSD for additional space. In terms of connectivity, the tablet supports 3G via SIM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and microUSB. It is powered by a 3400 mAh battery.
