Apple is bringing its iPhone 16 series next month. But apart from that, it works on a lot of other devices too. Rumour has it that we will soon get a lot of other pretty creative devices too from Apple a lot sooner than expected. I am talking about a Mac mini, M4 MacBook Pro, and a tabletop iPad. Read this story to get a glimpse into everything that might be coming soon.

New smaller and more powerful Mac Mini

Apple is reportedly working on a new Mac mini that’s even more compact. It can possibly resemble the size of an Apple TV. It can feature Apple’s upcoming M4 and M4 Pro chipsets. The design will likely include multiple USB-C ports, HDMI, and a power port, with possible fanless cooling for silent operation. This device will be really ideal for various uses, from home media servers to portable workstations. It is expected to drop this year itself.

M4 MacBook Pro

Apple is expected to announce its M4-powered Macs soon. The new M4 MacBook Pro can come in two sizes: 14-inch and 16-inch variants with M4 Pro and M4 Max chips. We might get to see it as early as October. On the design front, we might get to see next to no changes this time. Display analyst Ross Young recently reported that Apple has been ordering miniLED displays since July, which means that will drop soon.

Tabletop iPad

Another cool device that we might get to see this year is a tabletop iPad. Apple is reportedly developing a new tabletop home device with an iPad-like display and a robotic arm. Codenamed J595, this innovative device is designed as a smart home command centre. You can use it for video conferencing and remote-controlled security. It might be powered by Apple Intelligence and can respond to voice commands, allowing the screen to reposition itself during video calls.
