Prices for the 9.7-inch Apple iPad Pro in India will start at Rs. 49,900 for the 32GB WiFi version, while the 32GB WiFi + Cellular version is priced at Rs. 61,900. In addition, the company has announced that the tablet will be available in India by early April. In the US, the base model of the new iPad Pro is priced at $599, which is about Rs. 40,000. Apple has also announced the prices for the tablet's accessories. The Smart Keyboard is priced at Rs. 13,900, and the Apple Pencil is priced at Rs. 8,900. The polyurethane iPad Pro Smart Cover and Silicone Cases for the smaller iPad Pro will cost Rs. 3,700 and Rs. 5,200, respectively.
Apple unveiled the smaller, 9.7-inch iPad Pro alongside the 4-inch iPhone SE at its event yesterday. The tablet is powered by the A9X SoC and has a 9.7-inch True Tone display that adjusts the colour temperature of the screen according to lighting conditions. In addition, the new iPad Pro also comes with four speakers, which Apple claims to be twice as loud as the iPad Air 2. The smaller iPad Pro also comes with a 12MP rear camera, along with a dual-tone LED flash.
