If you’re a COD Warzone Mobile fan, then I might have some bad news for you. Most of us already know that WZM is one of the most demanding games and often faces challenges with entry-level and mid-range phones.
Fans have even criticised the game for its demanding specifications and lack of fluidity on many devices. This move only solidifies that. Explaining its view, Activision said, “The minimum device specifications for WZM needed to be increased for future updates and integrations with the Call of Duty franchise to meet our high standards of performance while providing a best-in-class gameplay experience.”

What are the requirements to play COD Warzone Mobile?
If you wish to continue playing COD Warzone Mobile, then you might want to consider upgrading to a device running Android 13 or iOS 17 and a GPU that supports bindless texturing. Bindless texturing is a feature that is often limited to high-end devices.
When will the new updates roll out?
The new update is all set to roll out with new seasons and gameplay improvements on November 14, 2024. Users with devices that don’t meet the new requirements will be able to continue playing Warzone Mobile on the current version (3.10) until May 5, 2025 after that the game will become incompatible automatically.
