After deeply analysing the trailer, he claimed that Grand Theft Auto 6 will be "the best game out there".

Now, Obbe Vermeij, who is a former Rockstar Games developer, has come ahead and said that it is going to be the best game out there but it might initially disappoint some fans. Obbe Vermeji, who was associated with Rockstar Games as a technical director for 14 years, left in 2009. He worked on the programming of iconic titles such as GTA 3, GTA 4, Vice City, and San Andreas. After deeply analysing the trailer and understanding the franchise psyche, he claimed that Grand Theft Auto 6 will be “the best game out there”.
Vermeji revealed all of this during a recent interview with YouTube content creator SanInPlay. Speaking about the trailer, he said that he really liked it, particularly the beach scene where each individual character appears to have unique animations. He says that it “blows me away.” However, he also hinted at something that you might not like.

He said that he had no insider information. But with this, he also warned that it might initially disappoint some fans. He revealed that he doesn’t think that GTA 6 will be really different from its successor GTA 5 and that it can cause a lot of disappointment among those who have been eagerly waiting for the next installment.
He said, “I don’t think it’s going to be wildly different from GTA 5, I think maybe people might be a little disappointed on the first day. But it’s still gonna be the best game out there.”
