A total of 84 colleges from across the country are participating in the tournament.

Skoar College Gaming Club, a subsidiary of Digit, is hosting its annual Skoar! College Championship 2024. The one-of-its-kind gaming tournament will see participation from more than 100 teams from over 80 colleges across India. These teams will go head to head in online gaming with an aim to win the title. 

The tournament will have four rounds – the Qualifiers, followed by the Quarter Finals, Semi-Finals, and eventually the Finale where one team will be crowned victorious. The tournament starts later this week on November 6 and will go on till November 28. During the 24-day-long tournament, teams will fight each other in Valorant matches.

A total of 84 colleges from across the country are participating in the tournament and 106 teams will go against each other for the championship. These teams will represent some of the biggest colleges from India such as IITs, IIM, Delhi University, Mumbai University, Amity University, Bennett University, GD Goenka University, and more.

Each team will participate in the qualifier round and will have to compete in an intense round of Valorant to be able to proceed to the quarter-finals. A total of 530 gamers will be competing in this tournament. Those who are able to navigate through each round to grab the crown of the college gaming champions will also be rewarded. The champions will receive a prize pool and gifts worth a whopping Rs 1,50,000.

The tournament will begin on November 6 and the live-streaming of the same will start from November 18. All the updates related to the championship will be available on Skoar’s social media handles along with the website. You will also get daily updates from the championship on Digit.in. 

For those unaware, Skoar is the gaming vertical of Digit and has been hosting country-wide gaming tournaments for college students since February 2022. And, this year’s tournament will be bigger than before.
