Fans are facing issues accessing GTA V Online content, as there seems to be“unanticipated additional pressure” on servers, says Rockstar.

Rockstar Games had some explaining to do with respect to the issues that left fans unable to access GTA V’s online mode after “unanticipated additional pressure” on servers. GTA V’s online mode was launched globally a few days back, but since then, gamers have been facing issues regarding the amount of bugs with error messages which say “Rockstar Cloud Servers Unavailable” or “Failed to Host a GTA Online Session”.

Rockstar has announced on its support page that updates will be available shortly, to rectify such issues. “We’re currently working on a title update for both PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 to address commonly reported issues with GTA Online. We hope to have it out for download as soon as tomorrow,” says the support page.

Fans were all over social media to vent their frustration.. A few lucky ones who did manage to access the online mode, believe that the multiplayer content is as good or probably better than the single-player game. “From spontaneous combustions and accidental murders to making car noises to freak out cashiers you’re robbing, GTA Online is incredible,” tweets Dylan.

Sources suggest that fixes for these issues might be resolved by today. In an official post the studio said, “We’re currently working on a title update for both PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 to address commonly reported issues with GTA Online. We hope to have it out for download as soon as tomorrow.”

You can find a list of all known problems on the support page. GTA Online takes place prior to the events of GTA5. Check the video below for a four minute introductory video that acknowledges the lucky ones who manged to log on to GTA Online.
