Capcom has finally announced the release date for the PC version of Resident Evil 6, which is good news, despite being roughly six months after the PS3 and Xbox 360 release.
Capcom’s survival horror game, Resident Evil 6 will make its debut on the PC on March 22, 2013. The game has already been available for the Xbox 360 and the PS3 since October 2012.
Capcom has said that the game will be available as a download only in North America, while Europe will receive both digital and physical versions on the same date. The digital download of Resident Evil 6 will be available through Steam and will also come with Steamworks functionality. The game will also launch with all the downloadable content that was made available after the launch of the console version of the game.
Capcom also announced that Resident Evil 6 for the Xbox 360 will be available to download as a Games On Demand title this Christmas.
