Disappointing news for those who were looking to play the 'One Gun Warrior' event in PUBG for PC. The event was cancelled dure to issues in updation of the live servers. According to the developer's post on Steam, “Unfortunately, this week's Event Mode has been cancelled to an issue caused when updating the live servers in preparation for this event. We sincerely apologize to players who are disappointed by the event cancellation, who were looking forward to playing the Event Mode this week.” PUBG’s twitter handle has also tweeted out the same message.

This week’s One Gun Warrior event would put players' skills to the test with a single weapon. In One Gun Warrior, players would start out with a weapon kit immediately upon drop. No need to scrounge for a weapon. Players would however have to scavenge ammo along with other supplies. There would be no weapons spawn in the Erangel map world at all. Players would have the option to pick up a fallen foes weapons or continue with the one they have. The event was for PUBG on the PC only. Its sad that the event got cancelled due to technical reasons, but we hope the technical issues are fixed and the event is live soon.
