The PlayStation Move sub-controller was nameless even though it was introduced during the official launch and christening of its bigger brother and some of us were curious what it would be called. Now it finally has a name. Its arrival on the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) database caused the leak, and now everyone knows it will be called (hold, your breath, are you ready for it?) the PlayStation Navigation Controller!
Exciting? Not really. Is it a fitting name? Two reasons why people would think so: first off, it’s as boringly named as the PlayStation Move Controller, and second, because it is meant to be used as a navigation controller, alongside the Move, which will mostly be used to control the in-game camera. Good job Sony!
