PlayStation gamers are currently facing a significant outage affecting Sony’s PlayStation Network (PSN), leaving users unable to access various services. Reports indicate that players are encountering errors while attempting to load their systems. This disruption spans multiple platforms, including the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PS Vita, and even older models like the PlayStation 3.

On Downdetector, an online outage status tracker website, there was a noticeable spike in outage reports around 6 AM. On the outage tracker website, 90% of users reported problems with server connection, 6% with login and 4% with the website.

Sony has acknowledged the situation, stating on the official PSN Service Status page, “You might have difficulty launching games, apps or network features. We’re working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.”

The PlayStation status webpage further confirms that several services are experiencing issues, particularly in account management, gaming and social features, and the PlayStation Store. The outage affects a wide range of platforms, including PS Vita, PS3, PS4, PS5, and the web.
