The wait for Grand Theft Auto VI (also known as GTA VI or GTA 6) has reached its peak. Fans have been eagerly waiting for any sort of news about the much-awaited new entry in the Grand Theft Auto series. A new leak has revealed that GTA VI is expected to be announced next month, and will likely launch in October next year.
The information was revealed by X (formerly Twitter) user @GTA6posts who shared a voice note from the Take-Two Interactive CEO Strauss Zelnick where he discussed the release for GTA VI. According to the leaker, Zelnick said, “An announcement is expected very soon this October 23rd” and “the next GTA is expected to launch in October 24.”

It's now been over a decade since GTA V was launched, so this first real ballpark estimate of the exact month in which GTA 6 will launch in 2024 will give fans of the franchise something to look forward to till then.
