From the expected launch date to gameplay features, here’s everything we know so far about one of the most highly anticipated games.
GTA 6 release date (Expected)
According to leaks, GTA 6 is expected to launch on September 17, 2025, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. However, PC gamers might have to wait a bit longer, as Rockstar is rumoured to release the PC version in 2026.
GTA 6 price in India (Expected)
The standard edition of GTA 6 is expected to cost around Rs 5,999, while special editions could be priced up to Rs 7,299. In global markets, the game could be priced as high as $100, which is approximately Rs 9,000.

GTA 6 system requirements (Expected)
Although official system requirements are not confirmed, leaks suggest that GTA 6 might need at least an Intel Core i7-8700K or AMD Ryzen 7 3700X processor, paired with an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080Ti or AMD Radeon RX 5700XT graphics card. Players will also need at least 8GB of RAM, Windows 10 with DirectX 12, and approximately 150GB of free storage space.
GTA 6 gameplay and features (Expected)
GTA 6 is expected to introduce the series’ first female protagonist, Lucia. She will reportedly share the story with a male character in a dual-character storyline. The game is also expected to have smarter AI, realistic physics, and enhanced graphics.
Additionally, Rockstar is likely to improve the Wanted system, making police behaviour more intelligent and add new stealth mechanics.

GTA 6 map (Expected)
Leaks suggest that the game’s map will be inspired by Florida, bringing back Vice City with a modern twist. Players might get to explore a mix of cities, beaches, swamps, and small towns.
GTA 6 trailer 2 details (Expected)
Fans are eagerly waiting for the second trailer of GTA 6, which could be released before April 2025. Speculation about its arrival grew after Rockstar mysteriously deleted several Instagram posts, something the company has done before major announcements.
