I remember playing Grand Theft Auto with my cousins during my summer vacations when I was in school. It has been a long long wait and we are still waiting for a new instalment to drop. Turns out that GTA 6 is not going to drop this year either, and the company has asked us to wait till 2025. Amid all of that, leaks and rumours related to the game are doing rounds on social media.
GTA 6 2nd trailer speculated timeline
According to EchoeWeb, who took to X (formerly Twitter) to share this information, the second trailer of the game can drop between July and August 2024. This has been picked up from SynthPotato and GTAVI_Countdown’s analyses. And it also makes sense as it actually aligns with Rockstar Games’ timeline.
If we get a second trailer between July and August, then the third one can drop by December 2024, and finally a detailed gameplay preview by February 2025. But we still have to wait for an official confirmation.

In the middle of all of this, the excitement cannot die. A fan has created a trailer featuring our favourite characters, Franklin, Trevor, and Michael. This is getting pretty viral on the gram.
Other discussions on GTAForums have revealed that there can be additional characters too. This can include Wyman, Dre, Sam, Kai, Billy, and Zach, who will join main protagonists Jason and Lucia. The narrative can revolve around Jason and Lucia as a couple.
We might get to see new locations in the game too. This can include an Abandoned Observatory, an Underwater Research Facility, and an Abandoned Research Outpost. Further, we might get to see a variety of activities and sports, including the innovative addition of Wingsuit gameplay. Mini-games such as 3vs3 Basketball, Bowling, and Gym Activities can also be a part of the game.
With excitement building and speculation rampant, the gaming community eagerly awaits Rockstar’s next move in the lead-up to GTA 6’s release.
