With this update, Valve has tweaked the Invetories of players to make the items that were bought or traded by players in the last ten days invisible to viewers.

Here’s how my inventory looks like to me versus how it looks like to anyone else looking at my inventory after the update –

The intentions behind this update are unclear, and it will be interesting to see what kind of effects this update has on the CS2 skins trading and enthusiast scene.

Gameplay updates added with the CS2 Update

If you are someone who multi-tasks while playing CS or have a low-end PC, and are experiencing frame drops or stutters when all your CPU cores are occupied, then Valve has fixed this for you. The update note about this read – “Fixed another threading bug that could lead to a frame rate hitch, especially if all CPUs were busy.”

Additionally, Valve has also fixed a case of sticky collisions when jumping against surfaces.

Seeing Valve actively working on content for the game and bringing in regular updates to CS2 brings in a lot of promise for the community that the game sits in a good place, and we could soon see the much-awaited big CS2 update that adds new content to the game.
