Activision is on the brink of launching the eagerly awaited Call of Duty Warzone Mobile. The game has already got over 50 million pre-registrations. Call of Duty has always been a hit series when it comes to combat gaming. Call of Duty: Mobile was launched in India 5 years ago to compete with PUBG and Garena Free Fire. However, the game couldn’t get as popular as it was supposed to be. Now, the upcoming COD game is expected to achieve the success its predecessor couldn’t. Despite rumors on the internet suggesting COD Mobile will phase out after its successor’s release, these rumors appear to be untrue.
The Call of Duty Warzone Mobile will launch globally on March 21. Ahead of its launch, the development team of Call of Duty Mobile has cleared the air through a post on X.

The team announced on the social media platform their plans for COD Mobile. Not only do they share the vision but the team also speaks about changes such as those to the playlist. The team further ensures that the game is here to stay and will not go anywhere even after Warzone Mobile is here.
The rumours started when the team of COD Mobile tweeted that they are temporarily removing the Shoot House and Alcatraz maps. Hence, a follow-up tweet of reassurance felt necessary. The tweet read, “Call of Duty: Mobile will continue to get new content every season and there are no plans to change the breadth of content we bring to COD:M players. Stay tuned for more info on exciting new content we have coming this year!”
So COD Mobile is here to stay. I am however excited about Warzone Mobile which drops on March 21, 2024, both on Android and iOS.
