Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is coming out on October 28, 2022, at 10:30 PM IST. Those who have pre-ordered the game can preload it at 10:30 PM IST on October 20, 2022, i.e., today and start playing it. Those who haven't purchased the game yet can preload the game on October 26, 2022, at 10:30 PM IST.
As mentioned on the official website, the minimum system requirements are as follows.

Intel Core i3-6100/Core i5-2500K or AMD Ryzen 3 1200
8GB of RAM, 72GB of storage (at launch)
Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 or AMD Radeon RX 470 (at least 2GB video memory)

While these remain the minimum and recommended system requirements for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, the game can also run at 4K resolution at a high frame rate. Users must pair it with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 or AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT with a minimum of 10GB video memory. Another thing to note here is that the minimum system requirements are valid for the game at the launch and might be updated by the developer in the future.
