This means that following the release of the BGMI 3.1 update, players will not be able to play Battlegrounds Mobile India on devices running Android 4.4 or iOS 10 or older. To continue experiencing BGMI, users are required to upgrade their devices to a more recent operating system.
BGMI players probably already have devices that support the upgraded Helpshift. Plus, to handle a game like BGMI, you need a newer device anyway. Also, people tend to upgrade their phones over time, so only a small number of players might be affected by this change.
The BGMI 3.1 update will offer Aladdin-themed/ Arabian Nights-themed mode. According to a teaser on the official battlegroundsmobilein_official account on Instagram, the new mode will have two sky castles that will become the hot-drop. There will be a genie that will reward players with a teleporter. Moreover, the new mode will have a magic flying carpet.
According to a report by MySmartPrice, the update is expected to offer an upgraded P90 weapon, and the A6 Royale Pass offering a brand-new female outfit. Additionally, there will be a Nimbus Island, a new point of interest filled with loot.
The BGMI 3.1 update is expected to be released on March 27th.
