Battlefield 4 beta coming in fall: BF3 premium users to get first access
The next instalment in the Battlefield franchise, Battlefield 4 will go into beta this fall. Information on the Internet suggests that those gamers who are premium subscribers of Battlefield 3 will get access to the beta.
A screenshot has leaked on the internet suggests that Battlefield 3 premium subscribers could get access to the Battlefield 4 beta. The information comes from Origin Russia.
Russian Battlefield website, MyBattlefield, has posted a screen grab of this information. As of now, the only way to get access for the Battlefield 4 beta was to pick up a copy of Medal of Honor Warfighter, but EA and DICE have said that more ways will be revealed for users to get access to the beta.
Teasers about Battlefield 4 have been making their rounds on the internet. The first official reveal of the game will happen on March 27, 2013.
Battlefield 4 was originally slated as a next-gen console game. For now, there is no tentative launch date for the game available. It is also a possibility that the game will make an appearance on the current generation console hardware as well as the next-gen console hardware.
Battlefield 3 community manager Ian Tornay tweeted, “Excited thinking about all the cool, fun @Battlefield 4 stuff we’ve got planned, leading up to the beta in the Fall and… beyond! :D”. You can catch that tweet here.
