ASUS India, Republic of Gamers (ROG), has launched the ROG ALLY X gaming handheld in India. Having launched the ALLY last year, the new ASUS ROG ALLY X comes with a revamped design for better comfort. The ROG ALLY X features double the battery and is coupled with the AMD Z1 Extreme CPU, which enables superior portable gaming experiences, as per the company.

The newly launched ASUS ROG ALLY X is powered by the AMD Z1 Extreme CPU processor. With the Radeon 780M iGPU equipped with 12 Compute Units (CUs), the ALLY X delivers great graphical power and optimisation for a truly immersive gaming experience on the go, according to the company.
The ROG ALLY X comes with an 80Wh battery for extended gaming sessions. The latest gaming handheld features a Full HD 1080 display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The 500 nits display supports Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) to eliminate screen tearing, while covering 100% of the sRGB colour space and offering multi-touch capabilities.
Furthemore, the ASUS ROG ALLY X features dual speakers with Dolby Atmos technology. Also, it sports two USB-C ports.
The chassis of the ALLY X is covered in grippy textures, and it features larger, more tactile bumper buttons along with hall-effect triggers on top. All the input points, including the joysticks, have been fine-tuned for a comfier and more precise experience.
