ASUS ROG Ally uses an AMD Z1 Extreme 4nm processor paired with AMD Radeon RDNA3 Graphics. It runs on a 40 Whr battery which comes with a support of 65-watt charging. It has 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB of internal storage.

Talking about the display configurations, it features a 7-inch FHD IPS display. It supports 120Hz refresh rate, FreeSync Premium, Dolby Vision and is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus, Gorilla Glass DXC.
