Resident Evil is a game where the main character is outnumbered by zombies and needs to fight for survival, generally with limited resources and intense moments, which makes it an exhilarating game. This specific version, however, introduces the co-op mode, which means the game can be played online along with a partner. The missions are designed in that way. There are some cool moves in which the partners work together seamlessly, and also can share the resources. The partners can also revive each other if one gets killed in a battle (in a limited time). Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance (Xbox 360)
Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance may look unrealistic, but once the gameplay is understood, it is easy to get engaged with the game instantly. The primary character’s name is Raiden, a cyborg, who fights a private military company. Raiden fights off enemies using his sword as the primary weapon and also some other weapons using a fantastic array of attack combos and counter-attacks. Raiden can also cut off the enemy cyborgs and steal parts that help him upgrade his skills to face more formidable enemies. Also, there is a nice mix of humour with the cutscenes provided throughout the game. To summarise: a very engaging game with a very different type of action sequence.
Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor (Xbox360)
The game is set between the events of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings movies. The player controls Talion, who is killed at the beginning of the career but bonds with the wrath of the Elf Lord Celebrimbor, and the two set out to avenge the deaths of their loved ones. The game is set in an open world. The player can use melee weapons, ranged weapons, and also stealth abilities as and when required according to the situation. But there are some interesting features apart from these which are the Nemesis system and the ability to control the minds of the enemies. In the Nemesis system, the enemies of the player, the AI Characters, gain experience if the player dies in a battle. All in all, this is a unique game that sets it apart from other Action-Adventure Games.
