Fans of Korean action dramas, get ready. After the success of Weak Hero Class 1, Netflix has officially announced that Weak Hero Class 2 will premiere this month. Netflix has also released a teaser, providing a glimpse at what fans can expect from the upcoming series. The highly anticipated sequel continues the story of Yeon Si-eun.
Here’s everything we know so far about Weak Hero Class 2 including its release date, plot and cast.
In the Weak Hero Class 1, Yeon Si-eun (played by Park Ji-hoon) was a quiet but intelligent student who preferred to stay focused on his studies. With the aid of unexpected friends, he confronted bullies and violent foes.
In Weak Hero Class 2, Si-eun arrives at Eunjang High School, hoping for a fresh start. “Pen-clicking math whiz Yeon Si-eun is back to wield his hot temper against dangerous new foes. Now that he’s transferred schools, he’ll have to form new alliances to rage against his latest nemeses,” Netflix describes.

Park Ji-hoon reprises his role as Yeon Si-eun. Other key cast include Park Hu-min (Ryeo Un), Seo Jun-tae (Choi Min-yeong), and Go Hyun-tak (Lee Min-jae) and foes like Choi Hyo-man (Yu Su-bin), Na Baek-jin (Bae Na-ra), and Geum Seong-je (Lee Jun-young).

Just like the first season, Weak Hero Class 2 will be available exclusively on Netflix. Fans can stream the series starting April 25.
Directed by You Su-min and produced by Han Jun-hee, this sequel promises an intense storyline with strong performances.
