The story follows Kiyotaka Ayanokōji, a mysterious and highly intelligent student who hides his abilities while placed in Class D. His quiet life takes a turn when he meets Suzune Horikita, an ambitious girl determined to make it to Class A, and Kikyo Kushida, a seemingly friendly classmate with ulterior motives.
