AI can do a lot at this point. I alone tell you about so much progress that we have made in the AI space, and trust me it is just the start. Now, a team that was formerly associated with Google Deepmind has launched a new AI tool that will help you create music. This app is called ‘Udio’ and it can generate music for you within minutes. Udio-Audio, nice wordplay they got over there.
To make it simpler for you, you must have come across OpenAI’s Sora which generates videos from prompts. Udio does just that, but instead, it generates music. And the music that it generates is pretty much professional-quality. Within a few minutes, you can create your own music.

Ok, it is as simple as using any AI chatbot. You simply have to describe the genre you want, you can give lyrics or a subject perhaps, plus you can even tell the chatbot which artists it can take inspiration from.
The chatbot will then take around 40 seconds to generate the music for you. You can then edit it as per your requirements. You can even adjust the sound and length of the track using the “vary” feature on the app.
David Ding, Udio co-founder and CEO, told VentureBeat, “We have already seen how incredibly talented musicians, producers, and creators use the app in their iterative process by testing out lyrics and experimenting with new beats and harmonies.”
The app, however, does raise some copyright concerns. To tackle that, the app has certain copyright filters. This will help ensure that the music which is generated via AI is copyright-free.
