Realme is all set to foray into a new category of products after a successful year with smartphones. The Realme Buds Air truly wireless earphones will be launched in India on December 17. As the launch date nears, the company is revealing Buds Air features bit by bit, but now, the whole spec sheet of Realme Buds Air has leaked online. The Realme Buds Air claim to come with a proprietary R1 SoC that could rival Apple's H1 chip, powering the AirPods 2. 

The latest development comes from a report on GizmoChina that claims that the website has got the complete specs and price leak of the upcoming earbuds. To recall, Realme Buds Air price in India has already leaked, and it is said to be under Rs 5,000. According to the report, Realme Buds Air will come with 17 hours of battery life. This is said to be the total battery life of the earbuds when charged with its companion case. The earbuds may come with 12mm DBB (Dynamic Bass Boost), which is larger than 11.2mm DBB drivers found on the realme Buds Wireless neckband headphones.

According to the report, Realme Buds Air come with wear detection, so it will know when you are wearing it in your ears. The upcoming earbuds will feature Bluetooth 5.0 and will come with touch controls and low latency gaming mode. Another feature that was previously leaked is Realme Buds’ wireless charging capabilities. Moreover, the truly wireless earphones are said to feature Dual Mic ENC for calling. The report urges users to not confuse this feature with active noise cancellation tech like the ones found in the AirPods Pro as it is likely to ensure that your audio quality is better during calls.

Realme Buds Air price in India is tipped to be Rs 4,999. The earbuds will launch alongside Realme X2 on December 17.
