The Poco Buds X1 will cost Rs 1,699 (inclusive of offers).
The buds come with a Grey colour with yellow accents on them.
Poco is about to launch a new phone Poco M6 Plus 5G along with its second pair of TWS – Poco Buds X1 in India in a few hours. Himanshu Tandon, Country Head Poco India, did an exclusive unboxing of the new smartphone and buds with Times Network and Digit. He also disclosed the prices of the devices.
While the Poco M6 Plus India price will start at Rs 11,999, the Poco Buds X1 will cost Rs 1,699 in the country (inclusive of offers). The buds come with a Grey colour with yellow accents on them. These are the company’s second pair of TWS after the Poco Pods that were launched last year.
Poco Buds X1: Specs and Features
For audio performance, the Poco Buds X1 is equipped with 12.4 mm dynamic titanium drivers and offers a frequency range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz. The buds feature dual microphones per earbud and support SBC and AAC codecs. The active noise cancellation (ANC) system provides up to 40 dB of hybrid noise reduction, with three selectable modes: Transparency, Noise Cancellation, and Off. Additionally, the earbuds employ dual mic AI noise reduction and Xiaomi’s anti-wind noise algorithm.
In terms of connectivity, the Poco Buds X1 uses Bluetooth v5.3 with a range of up to 10 metres. They support Google Fast Pair but do not offer dual device connection.
Battery-wise, earbuds house 45mAh battery, and the charging case comes with a 480mAh battery. The earbuds charge via a Type-C port, with a charging time of approximately 1 hour for the earbuds and 2 hours for the case. A 10-minute fast charge is said to provide up to 2 hours of playback. With ANC off and at 50% volume using AAC, the earbuds offer up to 7 hours of playback, and the combined battery life with the case extends up to 36 hours. With ANC on, the earbuds provide up to 4.5 hours of playback, and the total duration with the case is up to 22 hours. For phone calls, the earbuds offer up to 4.5 hours with ANC off and up to 3.5 hours with ANC on, while the case extends the call time to up to 22 hours and 17.5 hours, respectively.
The Poco Buds X1 also comes with IP54 water and dust resistance, and touch controls for play/pause, next song and ANC mode switching.
