Nothing Ear 2 renders have leaked courtesy of OnLeaks (via Smartprix) and so we get our first look at Nothing’s upcoming earbuds. There is a key design change with respect to the noise cancellation feature. That’s not all! There are 3 other important improvements in the new buds. Let’s have a look.

Nothing Ear 2 renders leaked
As you can see in the images above, the position of the noise-cancelling microphones has been changed. They are moved to the front on Ear 2. ANC performance could get a bump, not just because of this but also for the following reasons:
3 Nothing Ear 2 earbuds features (Rumoured)
1. Personalized ANC
This was the feature we were talking about above. The rumour is that the Nothing Ear 2 will allow the user to control the level of active noise cancellation. Now whether this means more ambient awareness at lower levels of ANC is something to be seen.
2. Dual connectivity
Nothing Ear 2 is rumoured to sport dual connectivity, otherwise called Bluetooth multipoint, which would let the buds simultaneously connect to two devices.
3. Advanced EQ
A feature generally found on most earbuds could finally be available on Nothing Ear 2. The users could be able to calibrate the equalizer to match their taste.
