Google has announced that it is testing a Community posts feed on the Home tab on YouTube. The tech giant is currently testing this new feed on Android and iOS devices.
“We’ve heard that YouTube users are looking for more ways to find Community posts from creators, so we’re experimenting with a ‘posts-only’ feed on the Home tab on mobile devices,” the company said on the ‘YouTube test features and experiments’ page.

Those who are in the experiment will see a “View all” button on single Community posts on Home. Users can tap on this button to view more posts from channels they have engaged with in the past or posts that the company thinks they may like.

To return to the Home tab from the posts-only feed, users can tap the back arrow button at the top left of their screen.
YouTube recently introduced its new mobile app called ‘YouTube Create’. This app offers an easy way for creators to edit their videos right from their phone. With YouTube Create, users can easily make high-quality videos with editing tools, effects, filters, and transitions all in an easy-to-use interface – without the need for complicated editing tools or desktop software.
Last month, Google had started testing a new vertical live feed on YouTube. This vertical live experience includes a scrollable live stream feed and easily accessible fan funding features. With this feed, creators can stream vertically, either on mobile devices with the YouTube app or through desktop streaming software, and their vertical streams will be visible to eligible viewers browsing Shorts on the YouTube app. Google also started testing an experience called “Playables” on YouTube. Playables are games that can be played directly on YouTube on both desktop and mobile devices.
