In related news, X is also gearing up to launch a new X TV app soon. The app promises to offer an “immersive entertainment experience” on your television screen. According to X CEO Linda Yaccarino, the upcoming X TV app will offer “real-time, engaging content”. Also, this app will be your “go-to companion” for a “high-quality, immersive entertainment experience on a larger screen.”
The X TV app will feature a trending video algorithm, helping users to stay updated with tailored popular content. The app will incorporate AI-powered topics to organise videos by subject. It will also offer seamless cross-device functionality, allowing users to start watching a video on their phone and then continue watching it on their TV.
Moreover, the X TV app is said to come with enhanced video search. According to Yaccarino, the app will be available to “most smart TVs” soon.
