Wipro Technologies has launched its first corporate application. Known as Wipro Buzz, the application is currently available for the iOS platform.
Wipro Buzz, available for free on Apple’s iTune, is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad. And it requires iOS 3.0 or later. The app enables users to access white papers, and articles by Wipro’s leaders, news and other events from its centres across 54 nations. The app has been integrated with social media networks such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, allowing users to share and distribute the content with their friends. The app comes with a built-in route mapping feature and a digital pedometer.
Moreover, users can also view and share industry events, expert views and the latest news from business newspapers such as The Economic Times, The Financial Express and Business Standard. Wipro Buzz also features a Do Business Better segment, where users can find relevant advice from Wipro to other firms.
