After being listed as one of the second most downloaded app in India, instant messaging app WeChat today announced launch of a new version 5.1 of WeChat Games with four games – ‘GunZ Dash’, ‘2Day’s Match’, ‘Craz3 Match’ & ‘Pencil Pilot’ — which can be downloaded separately from their respective platform App stores.

In addition, WeChat also announced that it will join hands with Getit Infomedia’s premium local search engine AskMe for an official account that will allow users to access online information on SMEs across local search and classifieds through the app. Users will also get updates regarding trending restaurants, deals of the day and regular classifieds.
