]The Galaxy S Plus a.k.a Samsung Galaxy S Plus 19001, launched few months ago, comes with a more powerful 1.4 GHz processor and 512MB RAM. The device has a 4-inch AMOLED full touch display and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system. The Samsung Galaxy S Plus has a 5MP rear camera which is capable of shooting HD video, and a 0.3MP front facing camera.
The new device also features a 1650 mAh Li-Ion battery, which is rated to deliver a talktime of nearly 17 hours on 2G and 7 hours on 3G. It has 8 GB of internal storage, which is extendable up to 32GB via microSD card.
On connectivity front, the Samsung Galaxy S Plus supports GPRS, EDGE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 3G connectivity options. Other features of the Samsung Galaxy S Plus includes a USB port, TV out port and Android Apps such as Gmail,Gtalk, Maps, Push mail e.t.c. Lastly, the Samsung Galaxy S Plus has a metallic black body.
